A Mother's Journey Program
Specialized care for pregnant and postpartum women. A Mother’s Journey program combines trauma-informed therapy, safe medical support, and parenting help in a space built on dignity—not shame.
Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)
Safe, stigma-free help for cravings, relapse, and withdrawal. MAT at Greylock includes Suboxone, Vivitrol, and more—integrated into a full plan of therapy, support, and medical care.
Stays Connected Program
Recovery doesn’t end at discharge. Stays Connected offers long-term support through check-ins, mentorship, and community accountability—so you’re never doing this alone.
